Thanks for taking the time to view our “Volume II” of the April Newsletter.  We thought is was definitely important enough to dedicate a whole separate issue to this new amazing product line. MODS. What’s MODS?

Modular On Demand Structures.  T.S. Mann Lumber is the new East Coast Dealer of these unique structures.  MODS International is a Wisconsin-based, special purpose housing company, but these special purpose units have unlimited capability. Our demo unit has arrived, and we can’t wait to show you.  It’s a patented one-bedroom design.  It looks great, but it’s just the tip of the iceberg.

Lancair Airshow Display

MODS delivers new LancAir display to Sun ‘n Fun 2014

MODS International designed and built this new display for LancAir, a Washington State aircraft builder.  It was an excellent experience working with the entire staff of LancAir.

In the past, LancAir rented tents for the various air shows including the EAA AirVenture in Oshkosh.  With the new portable venue they can load and travel with everything ready to go when they arrive.
