Responsibilities include delivering projects on time and within budget and scope. Requires a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis. Should posses the ability of getting best results of the people and projects they oversee.

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks

3D ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNERS: MODS is seeking a talented and dedicated Architectural Designer to join our team. You will be involved in all phases of the design process and have the opportunity to work continuously on a broad range of projects. You will be working closely with a team of business developers and project managers to complete projects within aggressive deadlines.

  • Work directly with clients to develop a comprehensive understanding of the needs and requirements for the clients’ structure
  • Prepare and modify architectural design documents such as floor plans and elevations
  • Prepare 3D renderings to present to clients
  • Develop creative solutions to design problems
  • Assist in the development of design presentations
  • Proficient in programs such as Sketch Up, Photoshop, and Cinema 4D
  • Must have a good understanding of building systems and site requirements
  • Must be proactive and a self-starter
  • Ability to think beyond the assignment
  • Good communication skills and the ability to function as a team member
  • At least 3 years of experience required

SALES EXECUTIVES: We are looking for competitive and trustworthy Sales Executives to help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
