All electrical is 120 volt with Square D 100 amp panel and space for twelve (12) twenty (20) amp breakers. Panel is located in bedroom concealed behind the bedroom door with easy access

These units can be used for many years and moved many times without any problems to the structural integrity. The original structure is a shipping container that is used many times to make trips across the oceans and moved by rail cars and trailers across our highways.
